In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. dailywin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in arbitrage betting — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or withdrawn within the stated period will be forfeited automatically. dailywin is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the promotion terms.
dailywin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any bonus funds already credited will remain subject to the original wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked.
